This trailor is in excellent condition. I bought it brand new in 2017. The model rt310bhs. Everything works in the trailer. Great trailer for a family. It sleeps eight people. Has two Queen size beds and a bunk House that sleeps 4. Nice out door kitchen with two burner gas stove, microwave , refrigerator. New awning with lights. The trailer has never been towed. We had it setting at a lake. Clean title.
