Hi, we are down sizing, the kids are gone and it's time to look for something smaller. It is ready to camp, most of what you will need is in it, dishes, cookware, Honda EU3000 generator, and many other things you won't think of until you need it. This camper has a 16.5 ft cargo area and about a 7000lb weight capacity. The floor plan image attached is only correct as the appliances, cabinets and upper bedroom are concerned, we had it built without the slide out and bulkhead wall. The dinette and couches (we added one couch) all fold up to allow for the useable large cargo area to be 16.5 ft. We hauled our lifted Jeep CJ8 in it so a 4 seat side by side would be no problem. It will sleep 5 people comfortably but technically it will sleep 8. The ducted A/C was up graded to a larger unit, the bathroom and shower are really a useable size even for us full size folks but it has the outside shower which is nice to keep out some of the mess. Every thing works as it should and has been very well kept. Fresh water cap is 100 gal with 50 gal each for black and gray water and 2 -30 lb LP tanks. The camper hitch is a Reese sidewinder which prevents needing to get a slide hitch to keep it from hitting your cab if you have a short bed truck.
