We are selling our 2012 Forest River Signature Ultra lite 5th wheel. We don't seem to use it as much as we thought we would, which means it is in excellent condition. This 5th wheel is 31 ft. long and has two slide outs. The living room slide is the longest and has the couch and dining room table and chairs on it. It also features 2 leather lazy boy recliners. We have night and day shades to let light in during the day and privacy at night. It has surround sound including outside speakers and two flat screen Toshiba televisions. The trailer has a winegard trav ler automatic satellite dish for direct tv, so the dish goes up and finds the signal with the push of a button.
The bathroom has a stall shower with a skylight. it has a sink, medicine cabinet and linen closet. A convienience package which includes13,000 BTU ducted AC, power awning, aluminum wheels, Serta matress upgrade, power stabilizer jacks, hide a bed air matress and create a breeze bath roof vent.
