Outside is a bit faded due to sun. Has been kept dehumidified. Comes with: leveling leveling/sway control hitch, enough dishes, pot & pans, and utensils to get you started, outdoor rug, outdoor lights, bath and dish towels, matching sheet sets for the queen and bunk beds. Queen bed is a standard queen mattress, not a camper queen.
I have ordered a new roof cover for the bathroom vent. Awning was replaced about 5 years ago. Tires have good tread but are original. Had a leak at the front roof seam
at 13 months old. It was repaired and has never leaked since.
