Only used for a very short period of time. This fifth wheel is in excellent condition with upgraded laminate flooring throughout, custom tile backsplash in the kitchen and a beautifully repainted wood island. the fifth wheel is equipped with two bedrooms, one loft, and a bathroom with a full size shower. In the short period of time I have had the fifth wheel, I was religious about maintenance and all necessary treatments. I paid extra to have the interior and exterior coated with Maxxgaurd to help preserve both the inside and outside. My original plan was to live in this full time but am sadly having to part ways with it for unforseen reasons. The fifth wheel is also equipped with a full residential stainless steel fridge. This happened to be one of my favorite features, allows for much more food storage than a classic rv fridge. I persoanlly built a dog kennel underneath the bed in the 2nd room (see photos). However, you will recieve the pullout couch that was originally in that space as well.
