This trailer was stored covered, used only a few weekends during 2020 due to covid and was serviced and winterized each year. The bearings were repacked and the seals greased in December. All new tires were purchased in January. It is wired for a ceiling mount TV in the bedroom. The unit is tall enough for a 6'4" person to move around in, including the bathroom and shower. It has great storage and is very clean. Everythhing is functioning properly.
