As the original owner of this travel trailer, we made several awesome modifications to an already incredible trailer. Our family absolutely loved this trailer but is starting to outgrow it and is ready for a little larger option. It is well maintained and clean. Comes from a smoke free home. Trailer body integrity is in great shape with no leaks. Title is clear and in our possession. This smaller trailer is great for travel. Can be hauled by lighter, medium sized trucks/SUVs. The size provides much more flexibility for obtaining reservations at RV sites that larger travel trailer and RVs can’t get into.

• Lifted the trailer 3” to provide greater clearance when on uneven terrain.


• Replaced stock tires with highly rated Goodyear Endurance Class D tires.


• Micro-air EZ start – this is awesome and enables air conditioner usage with a smaller generator when boondocking. It saves on fuel and doesn’t require a large or 2nd generator. I have started it in my driveway on a 15-amp service.


• Tongue jack controls turned to the side to enable most truck tail gates to open while hooked to the trailer.


• Furrion backup camera.


• Cabinet door added under bed to enable easy access to “basement.”


• Built a head board storage cabinet.


• Load leveling bars/hitch.


• Stromberg Carlson Trailer Tray to carry generator, etc.


• Swagman 2” Receiver for use with bike rack (not currently installed).


• Flip up shelf for more counter space.


• Two pullout kitchen cabinet slide shelves.


• Two speakers by the kids’ bunks to enable them to listen to a movie/TV while we turn off our speakers and go to sleep.


• Replaced factory speakers with Rockford Fosgate speakers.

• Two Maxxair vent covers to enable vents to open when raining.
