This is a great family vacation trailer or a home. Has everything you need, including an outdoor kitchen and pass through storage underneath. Washer/dryer included. King size bed in bedroom. Yamaha generator included. Bunk room for the kids. Three TVs, including two Samsung smart TVs. This was my home for two years, so has normal wear and tear from the road.
