Like Brand NEW!!! Must See!!! This Beautiful Spacious Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite has been meticulously kept by a mature adults with no pets- no kids. We have enjoyed this little gem but not been able to use it as much as we wanted. We had minimal use out to our local state parks an average of twice a year. We bought it brand new and have keep up the servicing, warranties & just (5-01-21) installed new tires even though the original tires had lots of tread. We believe you just need to change out the factory tires for a better quality. This trailer is particularly designed for a couple with only one bedroom. The sofa does fold out to a bed if needed but we have hardly used it. The body outside is also in perfect condition along with power stablizers, power hitch, high grade stablizer bars, and so much more!
