This RV is 32 feet in total length, with plenty of space for everyone. It sleeps 9 comfortably, the couch is custom for large dogs and cat. We are willing to replace with a scissor couch at buyers request. The RV as is now can buckle 5 safely and with a scissor couch could buckle 7. It has a 18 gal on board propane tank. A 36 gal fresh water tank, with a 30 gal black water and 39 gal grey water. It also comes with a 6 gal hot water tank. All blinds in the RV are cellular black out blinds. It has two brand new 12 volt batteries in the cabinet area running in paralle and a brand new cab battery. It has a Cummings QG 4000 on board generator with 154 hours on it. It has 46,600 miles to date. There is plenty of storage in the dinette seating and under the queen bed in the back. Full standing shower. There is laminate wood look alike flooring through out. Also has satellite built in on roof for those raining days stuck in side. This RV has it all for the vacationers to the full timers.
