We are selling our 2008 Tiffin Phaeton 40 QDH motorhome. During the winter months, we drove the Phaeton down to Florida and made it our temporary home away from home. Now, we have decided to purchase a non-mobile home away from home, which is why we are selling our RV.

The Phaeton was initially purchased with many factory options: adjustable Select Control King Bed, exterior TV, free-standing dinette, wash/dryer combo, awning package, and more.

The 2008 model year was the first to receive the reliable Cummins 8.3L (360 HP, 1050 lb-ft) turbo-diesel engine with 70k miles. This engine is notably the last generation to skip strict emission standards accompanied by complex DEF fluid injection. The Onan 7.5 kW slide-out generator runs smoothly with no issue.

Since we have acquired the motorhome, we have diligently maintained and restored it as occasionally required, including a recent service at Cummins. We have done our best to keep this coach in excellent condition as it was our home. The only notable flaw left to correct is the currently inoperable jacks, a common problem on this model year of Phaeton.
