One owner, bought new. Very clean, non-smoking, no odors, no mold/mildew/water damage. Lots of storage! Winterized and stored November through April every year. Selling because my wife has decided she no longer likes camping.
Bunkbed floor plan modified to fit small full size mattress with overhead storage shelf in rear of travel trailer. Underbed storage.
Private master bedroom with a wallmounted t.v., queen bed with storage underneath, closet with drawers, mirror, hanging space. Hanging storage space with shelves next to each side of bed. The bedroom has it's own exterior door to outside and sliding door to separate main living area.
Bathroom has working toilet, sink, and full shower with sliding wrap around doors. Storage shelves next to shower, storage above and below sink.
Kitchen includes refridgerator which can run on propane or electric power. Also has a gas range and oven, working sink. Storage space in cabinets above, below sink, next to refridgerator, and drawers under sink.
Main living space has large t.v. with built in DVD player, and surround sound for inside and outside travel trailer. Built in entertainment center has storage above and below TV. U- shaped dinette turns into a bed when table folds down, storage below the seats accessible by doors. Leather loveseat turns into a full size bed.
Exterior offers outdoor kitchen with a small fridge that runs on battery or propane, working sink, and one burner gas stove. There is a small outdoor shower. Elecric awning with LED lighting. Front end strorage that equals the width of the camper and is accessible from both sides of camper.
Electric jack, Equalizer weight distribution hitch with sway control are also included.
Air conditioning and heat work really well. This Jayco model came with the Artic Package for cold weather camping. Fresh water tank capacity is 42 gal, Grey waste water (2 tanks) capacity is 30.5 gal.
