2017 Airstream Basecamp purchased in 2018 as second buyer. First buyer apparently took one trip and wanted a larger trailer and traded it in at Airstream of Seattle. This Basecamp has all the options available for 2017: Two tents that attach to Basecamp, two solar panels, A/C, and microwave. This unit is lightly used with a few trips around Washington State. We took one three week trip to Arizona and back in 2020. There were two recalls for this unit. The wheel and axle recall was completed when we purchased the Basecamp in 2018. There is an outstanding recall for the door window. We have had no problems with the door window to date. An additional $1400 was spent at purchase for seven year Nanocure treatment and warranty. Last wheel bearing repack was in May 2019. The base weight of this basecamp is approximately 2500 pounds with a maximum tow weight of 3500 pounds. This makes this unit easy for towing.

The basecamp has a fully enclosed bathroom/shower. There is an access door in the bathroom that allows the shower to be run outside the Basecamp. There is a two burner stove, sink, fridge, and microwave in the kitchen. The dining area converts to a large bed somewhere inbetween queen and king size due to the curvature of the top of the bed area. There is one waste tank for both grey and black water. Fresh water intake is by direct hose or through water tank that uses a pump to move the water throughout the unit. This unit can run independent of shore power or can be hooked up. Two ceiling vents with fans in main area and bathroom. Ceiling A/C also has heat capability. Basecamp also can heat via propane heater. Small Bose speaker comes with Basecamp. Batteries in this Basecamp are the original batteries.

The tent enclosures that came with the unit have never been used and are still in the original boxes they came in.

This basecamp is priced to sell. This is a unique unit that folks are always curious about when we camp.
