2017 Thor Synergy TT24 twin bed floorplan (same as Citation 24ST, and Siesta 24ST) in great condition.

• Mercedes "B" service just completed so you have 20,000 miles until the next service
• No outstanding issues to address, it's plug and play and ready for your first trip
• New front tires
• Two factory recalls have been completed for emissions and airbags. One pending, but dealers have not gotten parts yet.
• Complete records available since we had it built (all fill-ups and respective fuel mileage, service detail, costs, etc.)
• Roof penetrations with questionable sealant were all scraped, cleaned, and re-sealed with Dicor sealant.

• Solar charge controller set up for external solar panels
• Tank capacities: 42gal Fresh, 24gal gray, 22gal black (Gives us three full dry camping days with 2 showers each day, longer with less showers)

Payment:
Will be handled through Escrow.com. We will pay the fees and include the lien payoff service which handles the title transfer to you. Once you've decided to buy, you create an escrow.com account and transfer the agreed price, then once you secure the RV, and verify it is what was listed, you log in and let escrow.com know it's a done deal. They will then pay off our lien, release the balance of the funds to us, and send the title to you.

Delivery/Pickup Options:
1. You can pick up in Albuquerque, NM.

2. I may be open to delivering the RV to your door for $1 per mile (from ABQ to your address via google maps) plus the cost of an economy plane ticket back to ABQ if you're out of state. This would mean you live near a commercial airport and would have to get me there, or also cover the cost of an Uber. Distance is negotiable, but I'd like to keep it to a single full day of driving.

3. Sincle it is ready to roll, you can also fly here and pick up, and take your first trip back home. I can pick you up at the airport.

Whether you pick up or I deliver I will do a full walk through with you, test all systems, and show you best practices with this RV.

This RV has taken us to some amazing places but due to un-forseen Covid induced life changes, we need to sell it and regroup unfortunately and hopefully revisit RVing in the future. We hope it will continue to explore the country.
