This has been our family's RV for the last two years. We used this RV 3 times per year and it has been kept in a covered RV storage when not in use. We just had the rear AC replaced last summer. There is some small cosmetic damage to the side finder. With 4 slide-outs, 2 in the back living area, it has the largest living area of any RV we have seen. The mid-bunk is a completely separate room with a TV, upper bunk, and a lower foldout sofa. These can be removed to convert to any office. The master bedroom has a separate AC which keeps this space cool in even the hottest days. We added a gooseneck adapter so there is no need for an RV hitch.
