Bought this awesome trailer with plans of staying on my property as we were building a new home. Unfortunately for me the town has a different take on it. Unit was stayed in for 3 weeks . Basically brand new. Additionally added stackable washer and dryer as well as loft TV. Which was over 2k. Very disappointed that I must sell this but no choice in the matter.
