30' rear bedroom, no slideouts. Sleeps 6-8. 7 seatbelts. Clear title in hand. Clean Carfax report will be provided. RV spent its first 18 years in southern California before moving east. Currently in 19350 (PA). RV has not been driven in the past year, so details provided are to the best of our knowledge. Being sold as-is. You are responsible for making your own determination of its condition, as this is a 25 year old motorhome. Condition has been taken into consideration in setting asking price.

The good: Runs, starts and drives well. Automatic transmission serviced, replaced all seals, in 2017. Suspension with upgraded anti sway bars F+R and Bilstein shocks, plus Roadmaster Reflex steering stabilizer. Has kick down hydraulic leveling jacks, pass through underneath storage, plenty of interior cabinet storage including large under bed compartment. Large shower with sliding glass doors, has a small tub (great for kids), tub replaced in 2015 with better fiberglass unit. Propane hot air heat, ducted ceiling AC, 6 gallon propane hot water heater, electric/propane fridge/freezer, propane oven, 3 burner gas cooktop, microwave oven - it all works. Onan generator runs on gas from main fuel tank (Update 5/12/21: The generator runs but needs a tune-up). House battery replaced in 2018. Six new tires (Bridgestone Duravis) in 2018. We have not had pets in the unit and it has not been smoked in.

The faults: The cabover bunk has delamination and water damage that will need to be repaired. Currently stored under a waterproof cover to avoid any further leakage. Also, some of the window rubber gaskets are old and have shrunk with age, the aftermarket backup camera is blurry, and the fresh/grey/black tank gauges do not work reliably. Chassis (cab) air conditioner does not blow cold and may need leaks repaired in addition to a recharge. Will need new PA safety inspection, but it passed last time we brought it in.
