The Rockwood Geo Pro G16BH has two single bunks in the rear and a large u-shaped dinette in the front. The U-shaped dinette also doubles as a 54 by 81 inch bed making up multiple sleeping areas. This unit is very lightweight at 2870 pounds dry weight. Upgrades include: solar panel on the roof for off the grid option ($1500), convection microwave ($350), anti-sway trailer hitch ($500), bike rack ($350), dual batteries ($200), WIFI booster ($150). Life plans did not allow us to use this trailer as much as we wanted and we ended up purchasing a lake front property in northern WI. This camper is still winterized so no matter where you live, you don't have a problem with the pipes freezing up to get it back home. No trades and not much room on negotiations - this camper is in excellent shape. Was asking 19900 just lowered price to 19250
