Interior was restored in 2013 with wood floor, new upholstery, cornices. Gas furnace in working order and new AC in 2013. Cedar lined closet in hallway, lots of storage, original Howard Miller wall clock, Audiovox radio with front and rear speakers, awnings intact, working doorbell.
Exterior is not perfect with some clear coat worn off, blue trim needs replaced or removed, dent on top rear end from unknown object falling from sky during the night, three axles. Pulls like a dream.
