You aren't just getting a stock Avia you are also getting $3,000.00 of additional features and accessories included in the sale price.
We had Dave Weaver (who makes all the NuCamp dinette cushions) make custom seat cushions and backs. The fabric is a standard NuCamp color.
We also removed the sliding bathroom enclosure, microwave cabinet doors and modified the bedroom closet cubby.
All of the items can be returned to original factory condition if the new owner doesn't want the modifications. We do not have the original dinette cushions.
The trailer also has the higher Dexter axels.
The accessories I'm including are:
*Equalizer hitch and weight distribution system.
*Water pressure regulator
*Two step entry step option
*Sewer hose carrier mounted on the back of the trailer frame.
*Rubber foot pads mounted on to the stabilizer jacks.
*Hitch accessory holder
*Factory tires have been replaced with Goodyear Endurance D rated tires with new steel valve stems. Tires have 1500 miles on them.
We have clear title in hand for a quick smooth sale.
