2018 forest river dlx 395fkltd destination trailer. Park model. Had on a seasonal site for 2 years. No issues just had kids and decided not to be seasonals. Front kitchen layout with wide open winders and table and chairs makes it comfortable to sit and relax. Ducted AC puts out plenty of cold air. Full size residential 120v fridge make for plenty of room. And large pantry right next to it for plenty of storage. Gas/electric hot water tank has plenty of hot water. Ran 2 showers back to back with just enough water. We practically lived in it full time with a new born and it was very spacious. 2nd bedroom has open floor for bottom bed, can place a full mattress or couch. Living room couch folds out to full size bed. Manual awning. Have title in hand. For some reason it is titled as a 2019. I bought in summer of 2018. Excellent value.  Just want it gone to get a smaller one. Not looking to kill it in profit. Priced reasonable.
