Extremely nice travel trailer. We pulled it from the lot in Spokane roughly 65 miles to it's current location and it has not moved since. Basically we sleep in it when we don't feel like making the 40 mile trip home. The unit has been very well maintained and kept. I can't think of any open flaws or damage that would even indicate that it has been used with the exception of some rock chips on the front that were there when we bought it, (and see note below), I supposed from being pulled to the sales lot. Since we use it during the winter as well, the insulation around the water pipes has been upgraded.

Reason for selling: We want to switch to a large Class A so we can travel with our army of grandkids.

It has auto levelers with a remote control as well as a power tongue jack. I was told that it has a memory feature to automatically bring the tongue to the level of your vehicle but I've never tried it. It is equipped with an outside TV, refridgerator, and stove. The sound bar also pipes music outside. It has a large 55" flat screen TV inside. It comes with a queen size bed, AC, an outside shower, a large inside shower, a vinyl double recliner, a vinyl hideabed loveseat, heated floors, microwave. It also comes with the power extra long awing. I believe it's 20' long. As stated, the tires are barely used.

NOTE: It was raining one day and the wife asked me to put the awning out for her. I did that and then went to run some errands. When I got back one end of the awning had collapsed due to the support bending. It was out of warranty by then but I checked with Click-it RV and was told that it would be $1200 to $1500 to fix. With a full price purchase I will schedule to have that work done. If you'd prefer to do it yourself, I will make an adjustment on the price to compensate.
