I am selling our like new 2017 Winnebago Minnie Winnie 31G Bunk House with very low original miles! This RV has never been used as permanent living space and only for camping. We are the second owner and it has been very well taken care of, it is always stored with a fully enclosed cover which is included, maintenance has always been done on the engine and generator, everything works like new inside and out of this RV. It only has ~ 90 generator hours and has been serviced. The inside is very clean and these photos were just taken prior to this listing to show just how clean it is, this RV has not had any smoking in it, no pets, and it still smells like new. The roof is in excellent condition, it is very clean with no tears or damage to it.

This RV is covered 100% of the time it is not being used, the full cover was just replaced and is also brand new as of a month ago. This beautiful RV has 1 mega slide out and sleeps 8 comfortably. The package comes equipped with: Outdoor shower, exterior slam latch baggage doors, extra wide 30in entry door, rear roof ladder, one TV in the living room, one TV facing the bunkbeds, one TV in the master bedroom and one TV outside of the RV along with a exterior refrigerator, it also comes equipped with SELF LEVELING JACKS that can be seen on the night exterior photo, it has many other features including a back up camera.

All six tires are in great condition, none of the two awnings has any tears in them and are clean. All three battery are only two years old. I upgraded the toilet in the bathroom. I had a cabinetry installer remove the old master bed tv and build a new matching back Cabnet for the flat screen tv. Recent maintenance has been done with no issues. The inside of the RV is the best part, its like new inside and I had these photos professionally taken to show just how nice the interior is and you will know exactly how the RV will look before you come see it.
