Remodeled 2011 5th wheel. One AC unit. In pretty decent shape, everything functional except an issue with the electric hot water heater. Didn't try to fix it since the hotwater heater works great with gas. Some minor cosmetic issues on the exterior due to sun damage. New tires, new rear jack electric motor.
