Current status:
The Local Buyer fell through. I sent out 81 responses to anyone that had expressed interest since 01 May 2021.

The coach has been inspected twice and I've had additional minor repairs and upgrades done.

Fresh Coach and Chassis Batteries installed June 2021.

The coach was inspected twice at the end of May - independent "buyer" and "seller" inspection, of course - and the list of "important to-do" is short and fairly inexpensive.

Important Items - Should be priority in the near future.
* The leveling jacks are inop - we tested the panel in the RV, and that works (the switches all test good), and the jacks also test good (lower and raise) when you apply power at the solenoid for each of them. Diagnosis: The wiring connection between the panel is suspect and should be inspected and repaired.
* Estimate: 1-3 hours of labor, trivial part cost. $120-360.
* Roof vents need the standard annual cleaning and resealing if needed before the rainy season (Obviously less important if you're in SoCal or Arizona or Texas.)
* Estimate: $120 labor, $35 materials = $155.00

"Merely Inconvenient" items: Repair, replace, or ignore on your own timeline, or as part of your broader renovation.
* One stove burner lights with a match but the auto-igniter for it is intermittent. The other two burners are fine.
* Two overhead led panels in the slide are intermittent and could be replaced. I used some flat LED panels with bayonet connectors and the power draw was a lot less and the lighting quality was a lot better, but that was 5 years ago, and there are definitely better options available for less today.
* Combo CO² and Propane detector is expired and needs replacement.
* Passenger seat recline handle needs replacement.
