Our Sunnybrook is a Titan 28 RKFS, rear kitchen model. We have owned this rv since 2008. My wife and I lived in the rv from January 4, 2021 to March 23, 2021 when we moved to Florida from South Carolina. We are selling the rv as we do not have time to use the rv at this time due to my work commitment.

All systems function as normal (A/C, heater, water heater, refrigerator). I recoated the roof in Summer of 2020. There was a leak at the shower sky light in 2020 and I had it professionally replaced. I had new burner installed in the water heater in November 2020.

I had new E rated tires put on rv in 2020. Mileage on these tires is less than 1,000 miles. I will include all RV supplies that I own if offer is high enough. Interior cabinet storage is very good, more than most new campers sold today. All cabinets are of high quality. Exterior storage is also very adequate. Has two large propane cylinders.

The large awning has started to tear in some places. I have used rv awning tape to repair most of the tears. The awning will need to be replaced soon.

The GVWR is 15,000 and the Unloaded or empty weight is 10,031. The Cargo carring capacity is 4,362.

This 2004 Sunnybrook was made of high quality and has performed well for us.
