Description

2015 Forest River Georgetown 335. 27K. This is a 33 foot full luxury RV. Very well maintained. Everything works exactly as it should. It’s in great shape cosmetically and mechanically. Very clean, well-reviewed and maintained Class A. I have a ton of interior upgrades done as well- including stainless appliances and a 10KW Onan generator. Upgraded Dual 14KBTU A/C systems for those hot Texas summers.

2 very spacious slide-outs. Queen size bed. Queen size pull-out. Dinette converter and kid's loft for a total of 7 sleeping capacity. Silestone surfaces w/ built in sink flush-mounts. FULL SIZE stainless steel appliances. Everything works interior. Everything works exterior. There are no mechanical issues at this time.

The RV has never been smoked in. It looks and smells great! Very little usage on the generator set. Frequent oil changes on the genny. It includes the Onan 10KW generator

The awnings all work perfectly. The awning is in "fair" condition with a small 8" tear on one side of it. The tires are in great shape all around. No leaks. The seal around the main slide was replaced 2019 and they need to be changed out every few years if you're a frequent user.

50AMP service as well as 30AMP downgrade service switching box. You can use either service - which is a huge benefit if you're out boondocking and you don't want to hunt for the proper electrical service.

No leaks in the roof. Aluminum Body material- no fiberglass except on the corners. Dual 14K BTU A/C systems. Always maintained. Roof gets inspected every other year by Crestview RV here in Buda. The stainless steel fridge has some surface dents in the shell. Just cosmetic. There are a few places in the floor that have some very light wear and tear.

200# Loft bed above the driver seat.
All 5 coach and chassis batteries were replaced in August 2020. I keep them on a charger when not in use.

It has the 3-camera system as well. (merged rear cameras, one single forward looking cam) It also has the optional lane-change safety system (blindspot watcher) which integrates 2 side-facing cameras and a sonar detection system.

This RV was originally $162,000 when it was new (including the factory upgrades). Functionally, there is almost no difference between the 2015 and 2019 models.

I HIGHLY encourage you to send your mechanic or a trusted RV technician to spend as much time as you need to on this RV.

Trades of some types considered.
