There's a complete camper kitchen mid-ship with microwave; the table with wide window view can also function as an extra bed. The futon/bed in sitting area faces TV with DVD player as does one dining bench.
The cross-ventilated separate bedroom in front with 2 closets and a cupboard features comfy queen bed with new mattress, hookup for TV, a skylight/vent above, and a pocket door for privacy. A triple bunk area in rear (with 3 bunk mattresses) in rear will bed young campers and/or provide extra space to store more gear.
Outside shower is available, but the full bathroom inside features a full size bathtub with a pressure-boost showerhead and an extend-a-shower rod & a stationary skylight over the tub. Of course, the requisite "throne" occupies the room. The vanity/sink/medicine cabinet with mirror located in the corner provides more elbow room for for shaving, blow-drying, whatever, all under the central skylight / powered vent. Two towel rods and some hooks hold towels and/or accessories. A privacy curtain is installed to draw across the exterior doorway when open; the rear door is quick & easy access to the bathroom.
There are emergency escape windows in the bedroom and bunk. The furnace, water heater, and refrigerator run on LP gas; refrigerator can also run on gas or electric; air conditioner is electric. There is storage space under the kitchen benches and under the bed, as well as the boot in the front.
Inside the boot you find the tools: including the stabilizer wrench and the awning pole; the electrical connector; also the water filter, hoses & connectors; and the fittings for the sewage hoses (hoses are not included).
The price includes towing equipment: the bar weight distribution and the sway control.
