This coach is in great condition and has been well maintained and cared for. It's been professionally remodeled and updated over the years, and it's never been neglected. We are only the 2nd owners, and we know the 1st owner, whose father was a Monaco corporate executive, and they special ordered this coach after Monaco developed this highly rated Windsor design. The Windsor was very near the top of Monaco's model line-up of Class A diesel pushers.

We have all the service records and a maintenance log that dates to day #1. Recent service at a Cummins Coach Care facility found only one recommended service item and that was completed- the belt tensioner and belts were replaced. All other systems checked out fine.
The Cummins ISC 350hp engine and the Allison MH3000 6 speed automatic transmission are designed to run 1,000,000 miles without major service.
Remodeling and upgrades include:
1. A Maxx residential shower stall, now affording over 7' of head clearance, compared to 6'-6" in the original tub/shower combination.
2. Fully updated/replaced plumbing and lighting fixtures, cabinet & door hardware, leather sofa sleeper, and recliner.
3. New table top & porcelain/tile backsplashes.
4. New recessed 32" LED TV at the LvRm, with fully automatic satellite dish, and a sound bar.
5. New residential style refrigerator cooling unit to solve the notorious failure of the Norcold absorption system.
6. New front privacy curtains with black out liners.
7. New paint/clear-coating of the front and rear caps for better appearance and service life.
8. New 20' Carefree of Colorado electric main awning and new fabric for the 2 slide-topper awnings.
9. New Dometic Penguin II AC/Heat pumps with an electronic thermostat.
10. Toyo tires have less than 10k miles and were replaced May 2019.
11. Most recent complete engine and chassis lube, oil, & filters was completed 4/3/21.
12. Transmission oil & filter change completed 8/20/19.
