This luxury rig was my home for the past year. I spent 6 months touring the country before a new job started and continued to live in this beautiful Anthem after arriving at my destination. But I'm moving to an apartment now and looking to sell. The prior owners took incredible care of the RV keeping it indoors and maintained. Below you'll see the list of service packages I'm including that are almost $30K in value and transferrable to the next owner.

Easycare Total Service Package: A service contract w/ a $100 deductible that doesn't expire until 06/2024 or 116K miles. It covers all components and parts including drivetrain/chassis. This is a $25K package included for free.

Tire and Wheel Protection: 4 years remaining on this and includes a new set of tires if/when they wear out. But the current ones are in fantastic shape so you won't need it for some time. This is a $1K package included for free.

EcoRVPro RV Appearance Protection: 4 years remaining on the warrany for the outer surfaces if they experience any wear from things like road salt, acid rain, insect damage, etc. This is a $2K package included for free.

Coach Net Membership: Emergency roadside assistance, RV technical assistance, and help finding a service appointment. This is a $1K package included for free.

Needs:

• night shade on the drivers side
• driver side docking light - part is included in coach
• check engine light on - I bought it with the check engine light on, had it serviced and a sensor replaced but it remained on. However, I drove across the country without any issues whatsoever while towing the small vehicle in the photo.

All systems (mechanical, electrical, etc.), appliances, and furniture are in A+ condition (look at the walkthrough video). It's used and has it's quirks like any other used rig (happy to cover with interested buyers), but she is ready to go right now for your next adventure - doeasn't even need an oil change!
