This is a great starter for a family, and you don't need a giant truck to pull. It is an ultra-lite model and weighs in at only 6700 lbs. It is loaded with accessories including roof A.C., double door refer, rotating T.V.,(can be seen from either bedroom or living room), corian counter tops really nice bunk house bedroom, hot water heater and furnace.
