I purchased this Van in 2019 and updated it getting ready for a cross-country trip 2020. Now it is ready for you!
You can go when and where you want in your self-contained home-away-from-home. Bring your pets. This loaded RV gets insured as if it is only a truck.

• With such low mileage the engine is just getting broken in. This Van drives tight and straight and at 19' is easy to park.
• It is gas driven with an automatic transmission.
• The engine is 5.7 liter; V8; 200 Horsepower.
• A towing hitch is part of this package, with a towing capacity of 10,000 pounds.
• There are the 1) original Van operations manual, 2) notes to guide Coach operations, 3) receipts for all recent repairs.

The space in the rear of the Coach coverts from a spacious dinette (with 3 windows) to a snuggly full size bed. The sleeping area has storage, reading lights and a night stand.

On the left side of the hall between the Cab and the Coach is a kitchen complete with a stainless steel sink (w/cutting board), 2 burner stove top, a refrigerator and a brand new (never used) toaster oven.

Across the hall from the kitchen is a wet bathroom with a flush toilet, shower and medicine cabinet. I had a new and quiet fan installed. To the right of the bathroom is a full closet with a 3-drawer dresser.

• The Cab AC was recenlty repaired and works great.
• A brand new ceiling Dometic Air Conditioner services the entire living area. It makes a happy difference on hot days!
• The vertical height in the hallway, under the AC unit is 5'7"
• For warmth there is a built-in propane heater in the dining area.
• There is a lot of available storage throughout the Coach and above the Cab.
• For driving comfort there are two new Empress High Back Captain’s Chairs.
• The sound system is a Pioneer Radio and CD, complete with the operations manual.
• Outside is where you find the manual awning which looks brand new.
