My wife and I have loved our time with him, but we’re now downsizing to a class B for some more city friendly exploring. All systems are in great condition, and there are several upgrades that we’ve done since we’ve had it. We just took it out for a final few days of camping in Brazos Bend State park to say goodbye and as usual, everything was perfect so if you’re ready to hit the road without any repair projects, you’re looking at the right RV.
Specs are below, but a few key items/upgrades:

All three batteries replaced in 2020. The chassis battery is typical, but the house batteries have been upgraded to 2x 100AmpHr Battle Born Lithium batteries (200 amp hours total). I decided to take the plunge and invest in Lithium as a long term solar upgrade, but I never got around to adding the solar so you can take advantage of over $2,000 in batteries!
The queen mattress replaced in 2020 with a super comfy memory foam one that we absolutely love. ~$600
The kitchen faucet just replaced with a beautiful delta faucet w/sprayer. ~$250
Installed an anti-sway Safe-T-Bar which helps dramatically with road sway. ~$600
Pneumatic pump assembly for the auto leveling system replaced in 2020
The roof was refinished ~ 2018, and still in great condition. I’ve just cleaned/conditioned it again in prep for summer
This rig has always been stored in covered parking while not in use
The generator has 299 hours on it, and purrs. At ~185 hrs, I overhauled with oil, oil filter, air filter, fuel filters changed.
I’ve added a dual filter to wet bay to filter all fresh water coming in. It’s set up to be easy to access so hooking up is a snap
We also have the recliner that matches the sofa. We never use it, so it’s just been in storage but perfect condition.
