House batteries are about 3 yrs. old. Refrigerator has been replaced with ice maker and runs on 110v/propane with an automatic switch over. Microwave/Convection oven combo. Washer/Dryer combo, 3 burner propane cook top, dual stainless sink with covers for increased counter space. We replaced the plastic toilet with a porcelain and it is in a separate space from the shower/sink area. Diesel pusher powered by a 350 hp CAT with about 71,150 miles. 7.5kw- 50 Amp generator with 1,032 hours. Satellite (Direct TV). All 3 TV's have been changed to flat screen. Outside entertainment bin. Central Vacuum system. Tires are 4 yrs old, 100 gal. fuel tank, 50 gal. black and gray tanks, 86 gal. fresh water. Auto leveling jacks. All windows have custom outside screens. Dual propane furnaces. We have replaced the carpet in the living area with tile. We have annual maintenance performed and immediately have any repairs performed as required. I have all service records. It's in great shape and ready to go. We are not purchasing another, so all accessories are included.
