*SALE PENDING*

This RV is in excellent condition. It has been taken very well care of. Common to most Class C the front cab is delaminating. (pictures will not show this) We purchased the RV with this issue. We resealed the front cab and do not see any leaks but there may have been one before we purchased it. Because of this we are lowering the price to reflect the potiential leak from 25,000 to 20,000. We plan on repairing the leak and relisting at the orginal price.

We purchased this RV in Oregon to travel and see the sites while we made our way to North Carolina. We planned to sell it when we landed in NC. Because we knew we were going to sell it, we kept it not only the same way we bought it, but made some improvements.
For instance, we had custom built draws made from solid wood in the kitchen.
