This 2003 Monaco Dynasty is in excellent shape. Tires are all less then two years old except the tag axle tires have some age. House batteries are brand new and a brand new battery isolator. Just been serviced and all maintenance has been kept up on it. It drives exceptionally well with a 400 ISL Cummins engine with a 6 speed Alison. The coach has 145k miles on it. It has an aqua heat system in it, so you never run out of hot water, which is also your furnace to heat the coach. Lots of storage a huge shower with a tub. 2 Large slides, one in the living room kitchen and one in master bedroom. Can't say enough about the coach.
