Our coach is stored 35+ miles away on a 30A connection & I haven't had time to go there very often lately. Even though it's mostly stored with the jacks down, I drive it around the storage complex now and then to reorient the tires so they won't develop flat spots. I haven't taken the time to take any “glamor” shots, but if you're in the market for a New Aire, you should already know what they look like & mainly want to know the exterior & interior colors, so for now see our really crummy photos. If you are a serious buyer, I'll take specific photos upon request. There are plenty of pictures with the slides out, but people appreciate shots with the slides in. Bottom line, unlike some models, there is no problem with this floor plan traversing from front to back with the slides in.

Our New Aire has the most popular options - see Newmar Build Sheet. The only unusual thing about ours is that I replaced the "SleepNumber" mattress with a custom $8K Axel Bloom Twin King, dual articulated system (https://axelbloombeds.com/) We were unable to uploadt our own video here, so posted a link to a video of someone elses, it is representative of ours, though our bases are the more upgraded models. IF the buyer wants to purchase our New Aire with a standard bed system, we are happy to remove the Axel Bloom system and replace it with the standard system or any other of their choosing that is of equal cost to the standard King bed.

We know of one very small blemish on the rear driver side corner which the dealer has as agreed to take care of (it was there when we picked it up, but we were in a hurry to leave.) We will also schedule a professional wash & detail for the buyer.

I know from our last ad here, that I’ll be getting emails from dealers. We're open to a trade, but the ONLY that our kids can handle is a Leisure Travel Van Unity 24FX, RTB or RL, so unless you have one, or yours really IS coming in by 06/2021, don’t bother. Our dealer will want our New Aire back, along with our 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Diesel, which may or may not be available, depending on the date (new Toad incomming.)
