Used only 10 times. CURRENTLY still Covered under a 5 year Good Sam Warranty (Transferable). Love it, just don't use it like we thought we would. Would love to see it go to a family that would get the use it deserves. Well maintained, clean, seal check in 2020, new seals and A/C replaced in 2021. New water heater in 2020. Great space and ceiling height. Power awning with LED's. Great outdoor kitchen with gas grill that's never been used. Great storage.
