2018 like new with about 3 years of warranty left that is transferable! 42 foot with 4 slides,bunk house, loft, awning and outdoor kitchen. Sleeps 9 comfortably. We've only used it about 6 times, it literally still smells new. Never smoked in, no pets and never even cooked in ( We cook outside when we camp). We added a 2nd a/c in the master bedroom ( dealer installed ), we bought a king size pillow top mattress for $3,000, we also have the original queen mattress that it came with. All ther windows have night shades. We also had window covers made with sun reflectors on the back side to keep the sun out. We camped in the Keys last July for 9 days and it never got hot in the RV. It has Goodyear tires with roadside assistance that is transferable. We also has a 2015 Ford dually Platinum with abot 98,000 miles that could possibly be available. If your interested let me know.
