Original owner of a beautiful RV inside and out. As a single mother of two boys, traveling from the Grand Canyon to Yosemite, Hearst castle and Malibu.when they had time. Most of the use has been short term camping to local spots one to three nights. I replaced the house and main batteries after 6 years in October, new tires in March, new upgraded toilet because my kids stood on it playing hide and go see, new faucet, light bulbs, etc. I've never used the generator and it wouldn't start when someone looked at it
recently, although it worked when I purchased. I will have it fixed prior to sale. I do have mice where I live although there are indications of them I have taken precautionary measures to insure the safety and over all condition/investment and haven't seen any significant concerns related.

Serviced annually: All basic fluids checked more often as I wash it before use at a place that does oil/ fluid changes. Shout out to my guys at poway touch of class!

TV our front large and moves to angle the cabin/ I never used it once though. Nice sound system / subwoofers under dining table. Plenty of storage for surf board, chairs, wood, propane and fire pits. Landrover bike rack on it that has a few more miles. Slight cosmetic damage from my kids crashing or leaning their bikes up, depending on who you ask. Pretty good gas mileage in my opinion; Surprisingly. Couch should be reupholstered or replaced in my opinion; mings poway / they're inexpensive. Call for more information.
