Full Disclosure: The fold-out couch surface has started to peel off. I think it's due to age. We were not particularly hard on it. Also, there is some wood damage on a non essential area; the wood finish around the slideout. I think this is because of some water can get in when the slide-out is not fully closed. See photos for both of these issues.
All appliances work fine. AC and Heat work fine. This is a great bunkhouse unit if you have kids and want to be up and running camping right away. Our kids have grown past the camping stage which is why we are selling.
