Rare 2018 Montana High Country 374FL (Front Living). Purchased brand new first owner. Purchased for easy moving/transfer in the military. Lived out of it full time locally for 2 years and parting ways as I'm transferring to a place I can't keep it. Very well maintained. A list of things this RV has that make a difference: Electric fireplace with heat, two air conditioner units with the main one in the front having a heat pump (help maintain steady temperature and save on propane), Cold weather package (heated holding tanks and sealed underbelly), frameless windows (easy to maintain and can have your windows open during rain without worrying about water entering), ceiling fan, Large fridge (runs electric or gas and has an automatic mode where if running on electric and power goes out it will automatically switched to gas), built in black tank flush, 02 grey tanks and 01 black tanks (single point dump so no messing around with multiple stinky slinky's or "Y" adaptors, two TV's, Sound Bar with speakers built in the bedroom and outdoor by the awning, washer and dryer hook ups, brand new batteries installed in October 2020, full size shower, porcelain toilet, bike/grill/cargo rack, 6 point auto leveling system, aluminum rims, lots of interior lights, two doors (one main front door with a back door for easy access to the bathroom/bedroom, easy slow ride auto window shades, two recliners, two couches in the front living that open up and are equivalent to full size mattresses, the bedroom has a king sized bed with storage underneath, wardrobe closet in the bedroom, electric brakes.

Still have the original manual binder but learned doesn't help explain much and can help explain more if purchasing and not sure.

I towed this coach with NO problem with a 2015 Ram 2500 Diesel 4x4 short bed and still have the superglide hitch by pullrite.
