4/11/2021 UPDATE: $5,000 repair allowance!
We had a leak in the icemaker water line. This was repaired by a reputable company and is working great. We can provide the repair receipt. However, the water traveled under the tile flooring in front of the refrigerator causing the tiles to separate from the subfloor. It can be repaired by.1) Shoring up the floor from underneath - Estimate $625.00, labor and materials. There will still be the seperation of the tile but the floor will be reinforced. 2) Replacing the subfloor and tiles in about a 4’ x 4’ area - Estimate $1,000, or 3) Worst case scenario, you cannot find the tiles to match and will have to replace the tiles throughout the coach - Estimate $5,000. Best case, you get $5000 for a $625 repair, worst case you use all the allowance for the repair. Living fulltime and traveling in the RV is making this repair impossible for us to complete. If we are able to stop traveling and coordinate a repair we will update the listing.
