After listing for 9 days, here are the answers to some of the common questions I've received so far:
1) I towed it with a 4-cylinder Mercedes Sprinter Van.no problem pulling it (even through the hills of TN)
2) besides the missing propane cover lid (which should be here in a day or 2), there are no additional issues,
3) we are non-smokers and nobody has ever smoked in it,
4) at $27,500 I believe the unit is fairly priced - especially given its condition, low mileage and after market upgrades.

Bought new from LazyDays RV in Tampa, FL in August 2019 ($40,491.50 List Price), stored under RV Port (roof covered), used less than 10 times. ~$2,000.00 in factory upgrades, most notably 1) A/C - Coleman 13.5 Wall Control (upgraded A/C), 2) Installed Solar Panel (160 watt), 3) Backup Camera with Vehicle Monitoring, 4) Awning 12' Power w/LED Lighting, 5) Pull-out Storage Tray, 6) Keyless Entry w/Key Fob, and many others (see 2nd pic in images for full list of standard features and additional options). The ONLY reason I'm selling is that I upgraded my towing vehicle and can now haul 2x the load and I am moving to a bigger Lance. Having owned 7 RVs, I have been most impressed with Lance and plan to stick with that brand.

I have added a few after market upgrades, including: 1) new toilet seat (soft close of the lid), 2) bidet (sanitary water bum wash) to avoid putting toilet paper in the holding tanks, 3) LevelMate Pro which makes leveling the RV a synch (Bluetooth app on the phone), and 4) a few convenience (white) shelves. All of the upgrades are viewable in the pictures provided. You'll notice the lid on the propane tank cover missing (forgot to lock it on last trip and it came off while traveling).I have a new one ordered that should be here within the next week or so.
