Excellent condition, only used for 2 seasons and has never seen road. Located in Antioch, IL at Spring Lake Marina. Perfect family trailer with enough space to fit everyone and even have room for friends. Includes residential refrigerator, stove, hookup for washer/dryer, whole home vacuum, upstairs loft with 3 bunks, pullout queen couch, fireplace and so much more. The trailer can be sold on it's own or you are more than welcome to also take the RV spot at the marina. Separate agreement with the marina will need to be made as we do not own the spot, just rent it. The trailer is allowed to stay there all year however occupancy is only allow from April 1st - October 31st.
