Description

I am selling my Winnebago/Itasca Spirit 31k. It is 32.75ft and sleeps 8. Ford 450 chassis.

It has a little over 58,500 miles on it. I bought about 2 years ago and figured we'd rent it out to subsidize ownership but circumstances have changed and I no longer have the time to deal with rentals. We loved using it when we could but I now have a TT that we use instead so we need to part ways with Spirit!

The Good:
- New Command LED taillights (never have to change bulbs!)
- New RVLOCK electronic door lock with remote
- 6 new tires/Transmission flush (June 2020)
- Wheel alignment
- Well maintained. Oil changes every 3-5k.
- about 675 hours on the generator (oil changes every 100 hours or so)
- Roof checked (OK) in October
- All new roof vent covers. (I have the Maxxaire covers too but haven't put them on yet, but will include them)
- Air filter (April 2020)
- Drive belt and tensioner 3/2021
- 2 new deep cycle house batteries (8/19)
- New heavy duty chassis battery (3/21)
- New primary slide motor (12/20)
- New couplers for black/grey tank (12/20)

The "not so good":
- The ladder in the back is broken. One of the side rungs are missing. I bought it like that so I don't know how it happened. However, it doesn't affect much as I will use a regular A-frame ladder if I need to access the roof.
- The door is cracked on the inside. It blew open hard when I was at the beach and it must have flexed the plastic a bit too much.
- The screen door has a tear in it. Although I may fix this when it gets back.
- The couch and top of the dinette are starting to flake a little.

It's a great Class C for a family since it can sleep up to 8! Although I think that is a bit aggressive since the jackknife couch can sleep 2 KIDS but not really two adults. The bed in the back has a 3" foam topper on it and is super comfortable. It has a U-shaped dinette which is cool. That turns into about a full-sized bed easily. There's a backup camera built into the dash, and also has the side cameras in each of the mirrors. They are a bit quirky though. The over-the-cab bed has a 3" foam topper on it so that you can easily put a queen sheet up there. It also has a privacy curtain (which my kids love). There's 1 slide that has the dinette and loveseat. There are no stabilizers though but I've never really found it to be much of an issue. It has a power awning.

This is a great RV for families since it can sleep up to 8!
