Description

We've owned this unit since new, but camping trips are getting fewer and farther between. We've loved this camper. It has served us well and never given us an ounce of problem. This would be great for a family, or for someone looking to full-time. It really is like having your home with you! This model features quad slides, a front living area, and a rear master bedroom. Entering, you find yourself in the large center kitchen / dining area with a free standing dinette to your right as you enter (wife LOVED that feature). Straight ahead is a L-shaped counter with a double sink, overhead cabinets (TONS of cabinet storage), and counter space. The road side slide out features a large pantry, three burner range, and a HUGE 12 cu. ft. refrigerator. Up a couple of stairs you'll find your comfy living area with slide out tri-fold sleeper sofa on your left, and a full front wall entertainment center with storage along the front. A second slide out L-shaped sofa is along the curb side allowing ample seating to watch your 50 LED TV, entertain guests, or just hang out. We found that that's a GREAT place for the kids to hang out and watch a movie while we played cards at the table. Move to the rear of this fifth wheel and find a full bath with a toilet, sink, angled shower, and a linen cabinet. The rear bedroom features a queen bed slide with overhead storage, a dresser and wardrobes on the opposite side, plus access to the bathroom from within the bedroom! We also had a second air conditioner added to the rear bedroom, so if you're taking this somewhere warm, know that youll be able to be comfortable with two AC units. I've been a stickler for maintenance, including a bearing repack and all new brakes at the end of last season. I check all seams and caulk every couple of months, and we've never had a single leak anywhere on the unit as a result. Lastly, be assured that you can hitch up and go without issue. Two years ago I replaced the Trailer King tires with Goodyear Endurance tires all around. The tires have less than 1,000 miles on them. I also upgraded the original spring shackles to Mor-ryde Heavy Duty greaseable shackles. That alone was peace of mind for me knowing that the running gear is solid. We would also be willing to sell the tow vehicle as well. Its an extremely well maintained 2007.5 Chevy Silverado 2500 Crew Cab 4x4 with the Duramax / Allison driveline. 109k miles and looks new.
