I purchased this RV / 5th wheel July, 2018 from Giant Recreation World in Palm Bay, Fl. They offer lifetime warranties on their RVs, so it's in really great shape, I take care of it and keep it clean, covered, and keep a dehumidifier running 24/7. I also have it fully services and inspected every summer. It's a 30' with two bedrooms, 2 slide outside, outside entertainment, outside kitchen w/fridge, rear cargo rack, two a/c units, gas heating, and full kitchen. It also has a queen sized Original Mattress Factory pillow top mattress, power cords, power adaptors, tons of storage, inside and outside entertainment, outside BBQ and fridge, a king pin tripod stabilizer, and two propane tanks, so you're ready to go.
