Great condition!! The Sanibel is a nice luxury fifth wheeler. Provides the modern amenities to give you that home away from home feeling. We specifically picked it for its -13 cold test rating and excellent four season living capabilities. We were very comfortable when it was -20 outside. In turn the dual A/C units kept it very cool in the summer. Main A/C is a 15,000 BTU unit and the master bedroom is a 13,500 BTU unit. Has dual temperature sensors to provide maximum temperature control throughout the RV. Holding tanks have 12 volt heating pads for direct heat application. Every tank is wrapped with Radiant Shield Technology (R-38) to help spread the heat over the tank surface. Heat pads can be activated during transit for additional protection. Other upgrades that we added: 6-pt level-up auto leveling system, Central vacuum, Fireplace/Heater, Slide out awnings on all 5 slides and new motorized recliner couch with massage and features, lights and cup holders. Has washer/dryer hook-ups. Sanibel's Super Turn front cap features a combination of industry-leading turning radius and advanced aerodynamics. Super Turn provides an 88 Degree Turning Radius even on a short-bed crew cab which we pull it with. Come see this beautiful trailer!
