ONE PERSON OWNER. Used 8 times camping with family (Approx. 40 days total) since purchased in Nov of 2014.
Front bedroom is a queen bed with slider privacy doors along with wardrobe closets along either side. Cloth Sofa with U-shaped kitchen dinette that folds down into a bed. Sink with additional storage below and above it along with a microwave, 3 burner stove with overhead fan, oven, and a mid-size refrigerator that is electric & propane. Bathroom includes toilet, tub\shower, vanity and medicine cabinet. Back bedroom has 2 bunks (4 separate beds) along with 2 wardrobe closets. The trailer has 3 power retractable slide outs, 15" tires with front and back leveling jacks, electric drum rear brakes and an 18 ft power retractable awning. The flooring consists of carpet and vinyl. It is also prewired for cable in both front and back, satellite, TV antenna, air conditioning and heating. CD player\radio\aux player with speaker system both inside and out. 13,000 BTU's air conditioning; 25,000 BTU's automatic heater. Water heater tank capacity is 6 g and is powered by electric or propane. It does have a water heater tank bypass as well.
